John O. Murrin brings over 30 years of experience as lawyer, businessman and real estate consultant. He has been a practicing lawyer since 1976. He now concentrates a substantial portion of his practice in 1031 matters although he has experience in real estate related matters, estate planning, exchange and security issues. DeVonna Murrin is a seasoned real estate owner, property
manager and a holds FINRA/NASD, (National Association of Securities Dealers) Series 7, 63 and 22 Securities Representative licenses. She has helped many people evaluate 1031 exchange opportunities with an eye towards improving the investment position of property owners wanting 1031 exchange and other benefits. She is a registered representative working through Empire Securities Corporation. She holds BA from St. Olaf College, and a MA and PhD, ABT from the University of Minnesota, and is a member of TICA, the Tenants in Common Association. She is currently serving as secretery for the TICA Due Dilligence and Compliance committee.
